Dell service rocks - had a major coffee accident about 3 months ago, they came and replaced quite whole laptop (mainboard, case, gfx card..) for free (is called complete care - 200USD for 3 years, would cost like 2k otherwise). Then lately I started to notice the dvd combo drive is playing dvd movies wrong since (skippy sound and picture), so i gave them call yesterday (yes, 3 mo after the accident) - "no problem, tomorow you get it serviced". And so it was - they came today, switched combo drives, here I am with new dvd/cd-rw drive. Some companies have great products, Dell definitely has best customer care i ever experienced.
